… where you reconsider your career choice? Well, *today* was one of those days for me. This morning, during what was supposed to be a routine security update, we experienced catastrophic issues with the operating system on one of our servers. It’s been downhill ever since. Luckily no data was lost, but bringing the server back online has been a very slow and painful process. Our data center has been working on it all day… to no avail. Server1 is still down and it looks like it’s going to be a loooonnnng night reloading the OS and then restoring all the accounts. Thank you to everyone for being so patient. From the bottom of my heart, I do appreciate your understanding. I’ll keep you posted on our progress. ~Amy
