An aspiring photographer, Diet Mountain Dew junkie, HGTV addict, and self-admitted computer nerd, Amy Irwin is the heart and soul of Simply Creative. Fueled by a lifelong love of design and a need to exert some creative energy, her web design business was launched in 2004 (as MyWebchick.com) after leaving the corporate world to stay home with her young children.
Amy has a professional background in various areas of marketing and communication, including 5 years in midrange server sales for IBM. Mostly though, she just loves hanging out with her family, wearing t-shirts and flip flops, and reading books on her Kindle.
On a more personal note, Amy is married, has 3 wonderful boys, 2 playful Maltipoos, an ornery little Chihuahua, and lives in the Midwest.
